The United States cricket team produced a dominant performance in the third and final T20I to defeat hosts Oman by eight wickets and complete a 3-0 series sweep at the Al Amerat Cricket Ground (Ministry Turf 1)megapanalo, Al Amerat on Sunday, February 23. (More Cricket News)

USA chased down Oman's 124-run target in 15.1 overs, losing just two wickets in the process. Milind Kumar was named the Player of the Match for his all-round display of an unbeaten 56 (off 38 balls) and figures of 1-14 in three overs.

In the match against the Tokyo Olympic gold medallist Belgium, India's Abhishek scored the consolation goal in the 55th minute. Felix Denayer (22’), Alexander Hendrickx (34’, 60’) and Cedric Charlier (49’) scored for the hosts.

After a barren first quarter, Belgium took the lead in the 22nd minute through a field goal by skipper Felix Denayer.

Earlier, Juanoy Drysdale scalped three wickets and Ali Sheikh, Stephen Wiig claimed two apiece as the tourists dismissed Oman for 123 in their allotted 20 overs. Captain and opener Jatinder Singh top-scored for the hosts with 51 off 31 deliveries.

In response, the United States cantered to the target courtesy a solid show from their top-order, including a 21-ball 31 from wicketkeeper-opener Andries Gous in addition to Kumar's match-winning effort.
